DPF Monitor PRO is a standalone touchscreen monitor for DPF/FAP regeneration and engine parameters. Via an OBD2 BLE adapter, the device displays, among other things, soot level, filter temperatures, differential pressure, distance since the last regeneration, and the current regeneration status.
The monitor automatically connects to the vehicle after startup and does not require a phone or an app. Voice notifications inform the driver when DPF/FAP regeneration starts, finishes, or is interrupted. Profiles are available for selected Hyundai, Kia, Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, SEAT, Peugeot, and Citroën vehicles.

Important information before purchase
Due to high demand, the standard order processing time may be extended. Each device is prepared and tested before dispatch.
The adapter is optional. If you already have a compatible Bluetooth 4.0 BLE adapter, you do not need to order another one.
The 8H matte hybrid glass reduces reflections and fingerprints. Standard 9H tempered glass provides maximum image clarity.
Purchasing the device gives you access to all currently available profiles. The profile selected when placing the order is used for statistical purposes, and updates are free.
DPF Monitor PRO – key information at a glance
DPF Monitor PRO is a standalone DPF/FAP OBD2 monitor for real-time monitoring of the diesel particulate filter, engine parameters and — in supported vehicles — the TPMS system.
The device helps identify the start, progress, completion or interruption of regeneration. The screen may display soot level, exhaust gas temperatures, filter differential pressure, distance since the last regeneration and the current regeneration status.
Once an OBD2 BLE adapter has been saved, the monitor connects automatically when the vehicle is started. There is no need to turn on a phone, launch a diagnostic app or establish the connection manually each time.

DPF/FAP regeneration monitoring
The DPF/FAP tab brings the most important filter data together in one place. The available parameters depend on the vehicle, ECU and selected profile.
Important: not all parameters are available in every vehicle. The displayed values depend on the data provided by the specific ECU. In PSA profiles, the tab name changes from DPF to FAP.
Regeneration start notification
When active regeneration is detected, the DPF/FAP button starts flashing alternately between the colour selected by the user and red.
If automatic LCD dimming is enabled, the start of regeneration wakes the display and automatically switches the monitor to the DPF/FAP tab.
For safety, the voice notification is played twice — with a 1-minute interval for both the start and completion of regeneration.
The monitor helps prevent the engine from being switched off accidentally during active filter regeneration.
MAIN screen – basic engine parameters
The MAIN screen provides a daily view of the vehicle's basic operating parameters. Depending on the profile, it can display temperatures, speed, engine RPM, engine load, system voltage and the oil service counter.
After the set interval is exceeded, the counter may display a negative value — indicating the number of kilometres driven beyond the scheduled service point.
Direct TPMS reading
In supported Hyundai and Kia vehicles, DPF Monitor PRO can read data directly from the TPMS control unit.
In the Hyundai i40 2016–2019 profile, the device automatically checks the communication variant used in the i40. If it does not receive a valid response, it switches to the variant used, among others, in the Kia Optima.
The TPMS module is periodically woken up to reduce loss of readings while driving.
Support for other models depends on the system, control unit and communication method used. If a vehicle is not currently supported, its logs can be checked and support may be added in a later update.
Supported vehicle profiles
Select the profile that matches the ECU and vehicle generation. The model list is for guidance only — final compatibility depends on the ECU and the available diagnostic commands.
Hyundai i40 1.7 CRDi 2011–2015 DPF monitor
This profile is intended primarily for:
- Hyundai i40 1.7 CRDi 2012–2015 (pre-facelift),
- Kia Ceed 2009–2015 1.6 CRDi
- Kia Carens/Rondo RP 1.7 CRDi 2013–2014 with a compatible ECU,
- Kia Optima TF 1.7 CRDi 2014 with a compatible ECU.
The profile may display, among other things:
- DPF differential pressure,
- soot level,
- distance since the last regeneration,
- temperature before the DPF,
- intercooler temperature,
- vehicle mileage recorded during the last regeneration,
- direct TPMS data in supported versions.
Hyundai i40, Tucson and Kia DPF monitor
Profile for facelifted Hyundai i40 vehicles and selected Hyundai and Kia models equipped with compatible ECUs.
Basic list of supported models:

DPF Monitor PRO supports selected VAG Group vehicles equipped with EA288 and EA288 EVO diesel engines. The profiles are designed for Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi and SEAT vehicles fitted with a compatible engine ECU and a supported set of diagnostic parameters.
The device can be used as a DPF regeneration monitor in selected versions of the following models, among others:

Peugeot and Citroën FAP monitor
PSA/FAP profiles are intended for selected vehicles with HDi/BlueHDi engines and a compatible ECU. The same engine code may be paired with a different ECU depending on model year, power output and emissions standard — it is worth confirming the ECU before purchase.
PSA profiles include the INJEC tab: correction values for four injectors, plus target and measured fuel pressure. The available data depends on the ECU.
1.6 HDi / e-HDi — SID807 / SID807 EVO
The profile displays FAP parameters, regeneration status and the INJEC tab.

Appearance and operation customisation
Adjust the monitor to your vehicle and personal preferences. Settings are saved in the device memory, so after restarting, the monitor returns to the selected appearance and operating mode.
Free updates via Wi‑Fi OTA
DPF Monitor PRO software can be updated wirelessly without opening the enclosure or connecting the device to a computer with a service cable.
After update mode is started, the monitor creates its own Wi‑Fi network and displays the PIN required to begin installation.
Software updates are free. New versions may include:
- support for additional models and ECUs,
- additional parameters,
- communication improvements,
- new features,
- interface changes,
- stability improvements.
Update files and information about changes will be published on the product page.
Reading and clearing DTCs
The current version allows standard OBD2 diagnostic trouble codes to be read and cleared, primarily those related to the engine ECU/ECM and the emissions system.
This function is not a complete scanner for all vehicle modules. It does not currently include full profile-based scanning of the following control units:
- BCM or BSI,
- ABS and ESP,
- TPMS,
- airbags,
- transmission,
- comfort modules.
Support for DTCs from additional modules may be added in future updates.

Important compatibility information
The available parameters depend on:
- vehicle model and model year,
- engine code,
- ECU version,
- vehicle control unit software,
- ABS or TPMS system version,
- the OBD2 BLE adapter used.
The same vehicle model may be fitted with different control units and different sets of diagnostic parameters. For this reason, compatibility should be checked using the complete vehicle details and, for VAG vehicles, primarily the engine code.
Frequently asked questions
Does DPF Monitor PRO show active DPF/FAP regeneration?
Yes. In supported profiles, it displays the regeneration status, can wake the screen and play a voice notification when regeneration starts, finishes or is interrupted.
Does the monitor require a phone?
No. Once a compatible OBD2 BLE adapter has been saved, the monitor connects automatically when the vehicle is started.
Will a standard Bluetooth ELM327 adapter work?
The device requires a compatible Bluetooth 4.0 BLE adapter. Older Bluetooth Classic adapters may not be supported.
Do all parameters work in every vehicle?
No. The available data depends on the model, model year, engine code, ECU and the diagnostic commands made available by the vehicle.
